I have a simple question. Since American broadcast media is heavily invested in the notion of equal time, how will they square this idea with the reduced Republican Convention schedule? The Democrats' Convention lasted four nights, while the hurricane shortened Republican Convention lasted only three. Will the GOP request extra time later in the campaign to make up the difference?
